- Severe difficulty breathing
- Fainting, confusion or a seizure
- Heavy bleeding, or severe tummy pain in pregnancy

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both are welcome. Booking ahead by WhatsApp or online shortens your wait, but walk-ins are accepted at our clinic in Kepong during opening hours.
Do I need to fast before a health screening?
For most packages with glucose and cholesterol tests, fast for 8–10 hours (plain water is fine). Take your usual medicines unless the doctor advises otherwise.
Can I see a female doctor?
Yes. Our female doctor is available — just let us know when you book by WhatsApp or phone.
Can I get my diabetes or blood pressure follow-up done here?
Yes. Bring your previous results and medicines. We’ll review your control, check for complications and agree on a plan with you.
Is the ultrasound scan done on the same day?
Usually, yes. The doctor scans you during your consultation and explains the findings straight away. If a formal radiologist scan is needed, we’ll refer you.
Where is the clinic in Kepong located?
We are at Lot C-08-G (ground floor), KepongGi Square, Jalan Rimbunan Teratai 1, beside Taman Metropolitan Kepong. Search “Klinik Medilove Keponggi” on Google Maps or Waze to get directions.
How long do blood test results take?
Most results are ready within 24–48 hours. The doctor will go through them with you, either at a follow-up visit or by phone, and explain what they mean for your health.
Do you see children, adults and seniors?
Yes. We care for the whole family — from babies needing their NIP vaccines to adults with diabetes or high blood pressure and seniors who need regular check-ups.
Which vaccines do you keep in stock?
We usually stock childhood (NIP), flu, pneumococcal, hepatitis A & B, HPV, chickenpox and meningococcal vaccines. Stock changes, so WhatsApp us to confirm before you come.
