• Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Appointment slots: Morning (8:00–11:30 AM), Afternoon (12:00–5:30 PM), Evening (6:00–8:30 PM, weekdays only).

What to expect

1. Send your request — via WhatsApp or phone, with your preferred date, time and reason for visit.
2. We confirm within 2 working hours — our staff will reply to confirm your slot during office hours.
3. Arrive 10 minutes early — bring your NRIC or passport, any past medical records or investigation results, and your current medications.
4. Your consultation — see the doctor, have investigations done on-site if needed, and leave with a clear care plan.

Panel & corporate patients

If you are visiting under a panel insurance or corporate account, please mention it when booking and bring your panel card or letter of authorisation. Call or WhatsApp us to confirm your panel is accepted before your visit.

Any personal information you share with us when booking is used solely to manage your appointment and medical care at Klinik Medilove Keponggi, and is protected under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for your direct clinical care. You may contact the clinic at any time to access, correct or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data.
